Due to the pandemic, 2 editions of the yearly national congress by AMI had to be online. Even through the challenges, both years were a success (800+ attendees), and I was the Lead Project Manager in both of them. The congress went back to an on-site format, and new challenges arose. The last 3 years have been hybrid, and I managed not only the platform, but every tech related aspect for the Congress.

Scope included conceptualizing the platform, leading development team, follow up with clients, operating the platform during the event, connectivity between live feed and the platform, general  problem solving, and customer service.
